On May 13th, the 15 winners of the prestigious Swedish Gastronomy Award were announced. The gala, which was previously held at Operakällaren and has outgrown its venue, was now hosted by us at Berns. An evening where we celebrate all our industry colleagues for their hard work and dedication that make Sweden’s hospitality sector thrive.
