This magically decadent drawing room is where Sweden’s most famous author, August Strindberg, sat and discussed politics and art with other radical bohemians in the 1880s. Just outside Röda Rummet, there are opportunities to mingle on the balcony or in Spegelbaren, both with views down onto Berns’ magnificent crystal chandeliers. Röda Rummet can also be combined with the adjacent Spegelsalen, which provides an additional 50 seats. The food is naturally served from our award-winning Asian kitchen.
