  • Are furniture included in the venue?

    Yes, the venue’s existing furniture is included in the hire.

  • Can we bring our own technical equipment or DJ?

    Yes, provided that your supplier is deemed capable of carrying out the assignment in a professional manner. As the client, you are responsible for all equipment during the booking period, and we recommend that you ensure your insurance provides sufficient coverage.

  • Can the venue be adapted to our own theme or branding?

    Absolutely! We offer many opportunities to create a personal and unique event through décor, branding and custom adaptations. Your project manager will be happy to help you find the right solution.

  • When do we have access to the venue for setup and breakdown?

    Times for setup and breakdown are stated in your agreement. For any specific requests, please contact your project manager.

  • Is there a cloakroom?

    Yes, all venues offer cloakroom options, either staffed or unstaffed depending on the needs of the event.

  • Are the venues accessible?

    Yes, all our venues are accessible.

  • Is there parking at Berns?

    No, Berns does not have its own parking facilities. However, there are several parking garages and parking options in the surrounding area.

  • Can we come for a viewing before booking?

    Of course! You are warmly welcome to book a viewing both before making your decision and during the planning of your event.

  • How far in advance do we need to book?

    This depends on the scope of the event and your preferred date. For events with more than 100 guests, we recommend booking a couple of months in advance to ensure the best possible availability.

  • Will we have a dedicated contact person?

    Yes, you will have a dedicated project manager who will guide you through the entire process — from the first point of contact to the completed event.

  • Will we have exclusive access to the venue?

    Yes, you will have exclusive access to the venues you have booked. Shared areas may be used by other guests.

  • Is there WiFi in the venues?

    Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in all venues.

  • Are there backstage areas?

    Yes, we have backstage areas and dressing rooms that can be used by artists, speakers and production teams.

  • Are there defibrillators at Berns?

    Yes, there are several defibrillators located throughout our venues.
